For thirty years, visitors have been ensuring the success of the Balloon Fiesta by parking in our official car parks. This year, Continental Airlines will offer one lucky winner a pair of return flights to New York, simply for booking their tickets in advance.

In addition, there are two stunning hot air balloon flights for the runners-up.

We all know how popular the Balloon Fiesta is. Advance car parking reserves you a spot in a priority car park so that you are closer to the action AND it saves money.

It is now possible to purchase Advance Parking Tickets through our website and book on-line by using the box below.

Vehicles will enter Ashton Court Estate through the New Dovecote entrance - Yellow car park, Gate 6 entrance. Once at the pay lanes you will be directed to a separate lane that will take you to your forward car park.

There are discounts for purchases of multiple ticket. These are detailed below:

• Single day ticket: £7.00 per vehicle
• Two or three day tickets: £6.00 per vehicle, 1 ticket per vehicle
• Four or more day tickets: £5.00 per vehicle, 1 ticket per vehicle

You may purchase tickets for multiple vehicles within a single order, but please have the vehicle registration number/s handy as they will be required.

Online ticket orders require immediate payment using a debit or credit card.

Vehicles that purchase Advanced Car Parking tickets are free to leave and re-enter the Ashton Court Estate throughout the day but are non-transferable to another vehicle.

Advance car park ticket sales have now been EXTENDED to Midday on Monday 4th August – another opportunity to support your Fiesta. Your car passes will be dispatched immediately on this date.

All tickets will be despatched by first class post on the 4th August 2008 and be sent to the card holder's address.

The car registration number will be printed on the ticket and MUST correspond with the car using the ticket. If this is not the case then the car will have to use the general car park AND have to pay the standard £7.00 car park charge.

If cars parked in the forward car parks do not display their tickets then they can be clamped.

Terms and Conditions for advanced car parking.

Every effort is made to ensure tickets shown are in stock but the there is limited space in the forward car parks so therefore tickets are issued on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified if choice of day is full. If you have any enquiries, please contact the Fiesta office on 0117 953 5884 up until the 14th July. After this date a new contact number will be applicable and will be advertised here. All tickets are despatched on 1st August 2008 via the postal service.

If you have not received your ticket/s by the 6th August 2008, then please contact the Balloon Fiesta office immediately on 0117 953 5884. Advanced Car Parking tickets are non-refundable except in the event of the Balloon Fiesta not taking place. Should this happen, only tickets valid for when the Fiesta does not take place will be refunded on receipt of your returned ticket(s).

You should receive an e-mail that can be used as proof of purchase but does not guarantee you access to the parking facilities.

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. No information is passed to a third party and is dealt with in accordance to the Data Protection Act.

This transaction is governed by the law of England and Wales and the parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. You also agree to indemnify Bristol Balloon Fiestas Ltd against any claim, losses, liabilities, damages and or expenses inclusive of potential legal fees, arising from your use on this site and the event itself.
